What we attend
Every kind of snake call-out.
Residential snake removal
Living rooms, bedrooms, laundries, garages, roof spaces, gardens, pools and backyards. If it’s inside, close the door to that room if you can do it safely and put a towel along the gap underneath.
Business & commercial call-outs
Shops, offices, warehouses, schools, building sites and farms. We’ll work around your people and operations — just keep staff and the public clear of the area.
Venomous snakes
Brown snakes, black snakes and other venomous species are caught by a licensed catcher using the right equipment. Never try to move one yourself.
Non-venomous snakes
Pythons and tree snakes still need care — they can bite, and pets or poultry may be at risk. We’ll remove and relocate them too.
Humane relocation
Snakes are native wildlife. Every snake we catch is relocated humanely, in line with NSW requirements, rather than killed.
Before we arrive
While you wait.
Do
- Move children and pets well away and keep them inside.
- Watch the snake from a safe distance if you can, so you can tell us where it went.
- If it’s in a room, close the door and block the gap underneath — only if you can do it without getting close.
- Keep your phone on so we can call you back.
Don’t
- Don’t try to catch, corner or kill it. Many bites happen this way.
- Don’t get closer to identify it or take a photo.
- Don’t spray it with a hose or chemicals, or poke at it.
- Don’t lose track of children or pets while you wait.

Relocation & advice
It’s relocated humanely, and we can point out anything that may have attracted it — or talk about snake proofing.
Service areas
Where we go.
Narellan and the surrounding Macarthur region, grouped into three areas. Each has a full suburb list.
How quickly can you get to me?
It depends on where you are and what else is happening at the time. Call and we’ll give you an honest idea on the phone.
Do you catch both venomous and non-venomous snakes?
Yes. We attend venomous and non-venomous reptiles. You don’t need to know what it is before you call — please don’t get closer to find out.
Will the snake be killed?
No. Snakes are caught and relocated humanely. Native reptiles are protected in NSW and relocation is done in line with NSW requirements.
Do you attend businesses, schools and worksites?
Yes. We attend business and commercial locations as well as homes. If staff or the public are nearby, move people away from the area and keep an eye on where the snake goes until we arrive.
What does it cost?
Pricing may depend on location, time and job requirements. Call 0405 174 734 to talk it through.
What if the snake disappears before you arrive?
It happens. Let us know where you last saw it and which way it went. Keep pets and children away from that area, and call us back if it reappears.
